This site's concept and design are brought to you by an active duty Navy Career Counselor (NC) who understands the day to day challenges that are faced when trying to provide career related information.

Our mission is to empower today's Sailors to make informed career decisions.  This site provides an additional means of communicating and sharing information between Sailors and Navy Career Counselors to make that possible.    

Our goal is to provide a web-based interactive environment that is user friendly and adapts to the chaning needs of today's Navy. 

Message Board- You will have access to our Message Board where anyone can post questions answerable by Navy Career Counselors.  Network!

Sponsorship- Sign up once during your Navy career to become searchable by any Navy Career Counselor to assist in connecting you with your gaining command's sponsor coordinator.  You will never have to worry about being enroute, changing addresses, phone numbers or other personal information.  A chat room and message board will becoming soon for this section.

Mentorship- Elect to participate in the mentorship option.  When you chose to particiate, this will make your information and others who elect this option to become searchable Navy-wide to choose your own mentor or volunteer to be a mentor to someone else.  A chat room and message board will be coming soon for this section.
